Hello my name is Frank Borges LLosa, broker for FranklyRealty.com and I'm on the ballot for the National Association of REALTORS NVAR 2008 Board of Directors election. The election takes place during the month of October 2007 at NVAR.com/votes . For those of you that already read my blog, I welcome you to say great things about me in the comments section below.
For those of you that came via www.choosefrank.org (mentioned in the Oct Magazine), I will update this site shortly with a video, but for now, I can link you to some of my blogs, so you can get a better idea for how I view real estate. These views I will take with me to the board and help shape the direction of NVAR for the next two years. A direction that embraces technology, and empowers NVAR Realtors to be more efficient and more profitable, while increasing our reputation in the community.
Here are some of my "best of" blogs, targetting consumers.
I have also given free classes on blogging and photography at NVAR (ask for a link to the audio for those classes).
I hope you will put a comment here if you know me, and feel like saying nice things. If you are an NVAR member and you have a question, feel free to email me directly or post a comment here.
Thank you!
And go vote starting in early October at NVAR.com (voting is only for NVAR Realtors members only)
Good luck Frank, Tony Marriot was just elected to his board in Phoenix, and I am on the Board in Ann Arbor. I'd vote for you if I lived in Florida. let us know how it goes.
Frank, you are guaranteed a vote here from this NVAR Realtor. I'm glad you are on the ballot and wish you good luck on the election. I'll mention the election and your candidacy to some other agents in my office when I get the chance.
Frank, you are as innovative and forward thinking in the business as you are experienced in getting to the settlement table. You've got my vote. I as well as many of the agents in my office are behind you!
Frank, I'd like to point out that you've had several blogs about builders, their incentives, tricks, etc. which should probably be listed among your best as well. I'm sure there are individuals who have saved a lot of money by reading them. Don't sell yourself short. NVAR needs an honest voice like yours.
Thank you for running for the board, I just found your website through your description on the NVAR website, what a blast.
Thank you also for writing the article on FSBOs. You seem to have covered soooo many of the issues that come up with FSBOS. The reason I did 3 FSBOS myself AND THEN got my real estate license is due to the horrible experiences that I've had with Realtors. I thought your blog was a real eye-opener to what's really going on in the real estate market...what a breath of fresh air!
There is no way that I'm voting for you!
But that's because I'm under RAMDC, not NVAR. Good luck!!!
